VOLUNTEER AT BGCSWC

Every kid has potential. They just need a helping hand. 

There are many ways you can get involved at Boys & Girls Club of Southwest County.  Have you ever thought of coaching a sports team? Teaching a class like painting or lego robotics? Are you detailed orientated, or love putting on special events? We are always in need of help in our administrative office. Are you outgoing and love people? You could volunteer to represent the club at outreach and community events. 


Club Program Volunteer

•Our Clubs need dedicated volunteers during weekdays between the hours of 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to help run programs and assist with general Club duties. 


•The needs vary by Club and fluctuate throughout the year, please contact your local Clubhouse Director for more info.


•We ask that you commit to volunteering for a 6 month period and for a minimum of 2-3 hours each week.

Fundraising Event Volunteer
If you are interested in deepening your personal or organization's culture of socially responsibility and philanthropy, networking with the who's who in the local business community, and MAKING AN IMPACT, you should consider working with our resource development (fundraising) and marketing team as a volunteer. We host several annual fundraising events and campaigns, including the Kid's Cup Charity Golf Tournament, Great Futures Breakfast, Our Kids Rock Gala & Auction, and Great Futures Campaign, to name a few. We are always looking for volunteers to help make these events the best they can be. We love our volunteers, and could not continue to serve more youth, with greater impact, without those with a huge heart for our kids and business savvy, LIKE YOU!

Supply Drives
For individuals and organizations looking for other ways to support our Clubs, we are always in need of new programmatic supplies such as school and homework supplies, prizes & incentive toys, sporting equipment, games, books, technology & s.t.e.m, supplies, crafts and many other supplies that make the Clubs a vibrant and special place for young people to grow and learn.
