Summer 2026 Fees

Payment Policy

All payments must be made online through the Parent Portal. When you register online using the Parent Portal  you will be required to pay a $25 membership fee for the 26-27 year. This expires in June of 2027. You will choose the weeks you plan to attend and will be required to pay a $28 deposit to hold your spot for the summer. This deposit will be applied to your first week payment. If you choose, you can pay in full. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All payments are due by the Wednesday prior to the start of camp (see the due dates below). Failure to pay by end of day on Wednesday's will incur a $20 late fee. Failure to pay the late fee and the full week by the Friday prior at noon, will lead to removal from the program for the remainder of the summer. Due to high demand, if you do not remove your child from the program, either using the Parent Portal or by emailing the Clubhouse Director, all charges will continue to be accrued and it will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to pay these amounts. We HIGHLY recommend you choose our AUTO-PAY feature to avoid any late charges.

Refunds will only be granted if requested in writing via email to the Clubhouse Director/Membership Clerk PRIOR to the start of the program. Once the program begins, refunds will not be granted.
