Employment

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest County staff who work with young people are youth development professionals. Their primary job is to develop mentorship relationships with youth and serve as role models who can positively influence young lives. This is accomplished by communicating rules and expectations by providing meaningful challenges; developing self-confidence and self-esteem offering young people informal guidance to help them make good decisions in life. Above all, the role of youth development professionals is to see assets and potential in young people, and to help them—through everyday interaction—become responsible, productive and caring citizens.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest County is an equal opportunity employer.
