The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest County began at Margarita Middle School as The Boys & Girls Club of Temecula in 1990. Some of the early programs included after school and summer day camps. Four years later, the Club moved into its existing site in Old Town. The Club returned to Margarita Middle School in 2002 as an outreach program providing several activities including instruction from the Temecula Valley Arts Council.
